Nigar Guliyeva

Nigar Guliyeva after graduating from Baku Slavonic University-faculty of the International Relations She finished Hacettepe University IT Law master program.

Working at the different local and global companies she decided to develop herself in the academic field.

She worked at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry Academy (faculty BBA/ZU/MBA program) where she taught Information Privacy, Computer Forensics.

Currently she is researcher at the IT Law Institute at the Istanbul Bilgi University.

Research topics are "Legal Regulations in the Era of Data Economy" and "Health Data Processing in the Digital Era". She has interested in also relationship between new technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing and Law.
