IstSec '09 Conference was held at Istanbul Bilgi University Silahtaraga Campus on December 12-13, 2009.
The first day is concluded with a panel that discussed cyber threats and the current situation of Turkey, as well as the information technology field.
Conference was helpful for both the speakers and the audience, which was the first conference to bring many experts from both technical and the legal side.
The highly anticipated Capture the Flag (CTF) contest has not concluded yet. Hackers who cannot completed the stages, will try to capture the Flag this week.
