Cooperation protocol is signed between Istanbul Bilgi University (IT Law Application and Research Center) and Erzincan University on December 12, 2009, at Istanbul Bilgi University Silahtaraga Campus. Istanbul Bilgi University will share its experience and practice on IT and IT Law with Erzincan University, due to the protocol covering sharing expertise and having mutual academic studies in information and communication technologies and law.
